Underfloor heating maximises the internal living space and reduces energy bills.

The exterior is covered in maintenance free cladding which comes in a range of colours. See below for the colour chart. Also available in brick slips and natural 100 year old English Larch.

The interior is laid out with safety in mind so you can easily exit the bedroom without passing through the kitchen, the source of most fires. A1 non combustible materials are used throughout.

The Pods have large generous windows helping create a spacious interior and pleasant outlook.
