A new modern method of construction to help improve society
About us
We are an energetic company formed to commercialise a new modern method of construction ‘MMC’ and aspiring to help improve society.
One example of this is if prison leavers have employment and stable accommodation re-offending reduces by over 50%. Our response is to employ prisoners within their prison to manufacture components of our technology, employ further prisoners on day release to assemble the components and build relocatable Living Pods. Ex-offenders will be employed to build permanent housing and other social assets on location.
Our Living Pods are designed with the ability to be combined to create Pod clusters for many uses including NHS key workers, refugee families, homeless, prison leavers and any vulnerable people who need a safe and secure home. These modern homes are purpose built to be energy efficient, robust and comfortable.

Angus Fraser
Angus is a former corporate restructuring and insolvency partner in Ernst & Young, CEO of Farnell Electronic Components, a £250m t/o business with operating subsidiaries in 21 countries, and then CEO of Hagemeyer UK & Ireland, at the time, the largest electrical wholesaler in the UK and Ireland, £800m t/o with 240 branches and 5000 staff.
Angus has won a Queens Award for International Trade and has been a holder of a Royal Supply Warrant. In the eight years prior to forming MMC Solid Wall Structures Angus co founded and led Solar Capital Limited that successfully deployed pension funds into renewable energy projects delivering top quartile returns.

Jim Cole
A third generation army family member who after leaving the REME obtained his City and Guilds in building level 3.
Over 20 years experience of equipment servicing and outstanding customer care led to his many years of senior management experience in equipment manufacturing and factory management before joining MMC Homebuilding.
